No hidden costs
At Chipta, organizers can use our services for free, and visitors only pay a low service fee. The costs at Chipta consist of two parts.
You have the flexibility to pass these costs on to your visitors, or you can choose to cover them yourself. You can also choose to, for example, cover the service fees but not the order fees. The choice is yours!
Our costs explained
These are the fees that we charge for using our services. These fees are per sold ticket. You pay these because you are using our platform.
These are the costs that we charge per order. We use this amount to keep all systems running and process the payment.
These are the fees we charge for certain payment methods. For the standard payment methods (iDeal, Bancontact, Festivalkadokaart), we do not charge any additional payment fees. However, for some more expensive payment methods, such as Paypal, we do pass on the payment fees.
