Chipta is free for event organizers. Our service fee is just €0,50 (excl. VAT) per ticket, paid by the visitor. There are no hidden costs (such as hardware rental, set up fee, payout fee, etc), everything is included!
We love to change our products to what our customers need. If you need anything special, we will brainstorm with you to get to the best result and implement new features if needed.
With us it is also possible to manage secluded areas of the event for both staff and visitors. For this we use the scan application, like we do at the entrance of the event.
Hardware Always Included
The usage of our scan app application is always included. Depending on your preference and circumstances such as the amount of tickets sold we may recommend you to use our laptop scan system. We will then supply all required hardware without any extra costs, it's completely free!
Free On-Site Support
We are happy to advise and brainstorm about the practical aspects of the entrance of your event. From 2000 tickets sold we will be around to instruct your staff during the first busy hours of your event.
Your Sales Channels
Use every communication channel as sales channel. We integrate into Facebook and other networks and we can modify the shop to your own layout.
Customizable Service Fee
Both the service fee and transaction fee can optionally be paid by the event organizer. Also the service fee can be increased to create extra revenue.
Custom Mobile Application
We always put in effort to think along with our clients. For example, we offer the possibility to deliver a fully custom application for an event or series of events. In this application visitors are able to see the timetable. The visitor can also recieve push notifications. This way the visitor is reachable during and after the event!
Design Your Own E-Ticket
Visitors will receive an e-ticket with your design. This creates an extra opportunity to have them pre-experience your event.
Stay in control of your presale revenue. We support weekly payouts which you request from our dashboard. We support next business day urgent payments as well. Do you prefer to be paid out differently? Please don't hesitate to contact us, we're flexible!
Organizers have full access to all data your visitors leave when they (start to) buy a ticket. You can specify what you want to collect with each event.

Several Payment Options
Visitors can pay using iDeal, Creditcard, Paypal or Bancontact/Mr Cash. Our iDeal fee is just €0,55 (including VAT)!
